- Pool Bug fix Today remains today until midnight: On the Pools page, weekly schedules now continue to mark the current day as Today throughout the evening instead of switching to the next day early.
Version 2.7.1 - May 29, 2026
This update makes pool availability clearer when planning around team practices and changing hours:
- Pool Bug fix Practice-only hours shown correctly: On the Pools page, Clippers Practice Only times at Jeffers Hill and Stevens Forest now display as Practice Only instead of open public hours and are excluded from public availability filter results.
- Pool Bug fix Pool availability stays current: Statuses and filter results now update as hours change or when you return to the Pools page. If a pool card stays visible, your keyboard position stays on its control.
Version 2.7.0 - May 29, 2026

Version 2.6.0 - May 28, 2026
This update makes team meet planning and team connections easier to find:
- Meet Team See your team's meet schedule: Open a team on the Teams page to see its published matchups. Home meets stand out, and pool names link to pool details.
- Team Connect with team booster clubs: Team details now support published Booster Club links, beginning with Long Reach Marlins, Inc.
Version 2.5.0 - May 28, 2026
This update makes today's pool and practice planning easier to follow:
- Pool See when public swimming starts or ends: On the Pools page, a closed pool shows Opens in ... when it will open later today. An open pool shows Closes in ... beside Open Now.
- Pool Team Know which team has practice: CNSL Practice Only times on the Pools page now name the team when its published schedule matches the pool, date, and time. More than one team can appear when they share practice.
- Pool Team Read schedules more easily: Practice schedules on the Teams page now use less width and highlight today's date range. On Home, favorite-team events appear before sharing links.
Version 2.4.0 - May 27, 2026
This update makes setup easier and gives families more useful team-planning details:
- Team Plan with more team details: Team pages now show upcoming events, practice schedules, and official links. The current practice schedule stands out, and all 14 teams have an official calendar or event link.
- Find Settings on your first visit: A home-page reminder can take you straight to Settings to choose your preferences, then stays out of the way on that device once you open Settings or dismiss it.
- Clear web app data in one step: Settings can remove preferences, notices, recent weather information, and web app files saved on your device. Other browser data stays in place.
- Team Shop published team gear: Team details can now link to published team gear stores when available, currently for the Long Reach Marlins.
Version 2.3.0 - May 27, 2026

- Team See practice times for your swimmers: Choose practice groups, including First Splash, so schedules show only the published times that match.
- Meet Team See the same events in team details: Team pages show the same next practices and meet as Home, along with practice locations, staff, and official calendar links.
- Bug fix Receive app updates reliably: New versions now replace older saved pages more reliably.
- Bug fix Keep weather alerts out of the way: You can close weather details on any screen while keeping the safety warning visible.

Version 2.1.0 - May 26, 2026
This update makes it easier to plan swim days and keep up with important changes:
- Pool See weather safety warnings at useful times: Weather alerts appear during pool hours when unsafe conditions may affect outdoor activity. The warning includes a link to official live pool status.
- Meet Team See practices and meets at a glance: Choose a favorite team to see its next morning practice, evening practice, and swim event on Home. Pool names link to pool details.
- Team Find more team details: Teams now include published practice times and locations, staff, and official calendar links when available.
- Change Settings without leaving the page: Update favorites, schedule view, location, theme, and weather choices over the page you are viewing.

- See release updates: The web app now tells you when a new version is ready and remembers when you view or dismiss the notice.
- Find and share current information: Search results and shared links now point more clearly to pools, teams, meets, and volunteer resources. Team logos also look sharper.
Version 2.0.0 - May 25, 2026
This release prepared the web app for the 2026 season and added new ways to find and save useful information:
- Pool Meet Team Ready for the 2026 season: Pool hours, team information, and meet schedules are updated for the 2026 outdoor season. Links to official sources help you double-check details.
- Check when official sources were reviewed: The web app watches official pool, team, and meet sources during the season. The FAQ lists those sources and the last review date. Please check time-sensitive details before you leave.
- Pool See weather safety alerts during pool hours: A banner appears when National Weather Service alerts or the forecast warn of unsafe weather. The warning stays visible and links to Columbia Association's live pool status. Choose how often it updates in Settings.
- Pool Meet Team Put your favorites first: Choose a favorite pool and team in Settings. Home then shows the team's next seven days of practices and meets, and its matchup appears first on meet day. Your choices stay on this device.
- Pool Find pools by their features: Filter the Pools page for accessibility, young-swimmer, sports, water-play, and other features. Clear names and colors help separate the groups.
- Pool Compare a full week of pool schedules: The weekly calendar puts public swimming, practices, special hours, and closures side by side. It opens to today, and you can choose this view in Settings.
- Team Find more team details: The Teams page includes available staff, confirmed practice times and locations, and official calendar links.
- Pool Keep control of your location: Distances on the Pools page are off by default. Turn them on in Settings only when you want your device to share your location for distance results. The web app does not save or send your location.
- Change Settings without losing your place: Settings opens over the current page. Changes apply when you close it, with no Save button needed.
- Use saved pages without internet: After a page loads, the installed web app can keep working when some information is unavailable. If a page was not saved, you see a clear offline message.
- Use the web app more easily with assistive tools: You can skip to the main content, keyboard focus stays in the open menu, page updates are announced, and reduced-motion choices are respected.
- Install the web app: Phone Install gives direct Android installation when available and clear steps for iPhone and iPad. Key pool, team, and meet information remains available with a weak or missing connection after it loads.
- Open published links more safely: Pool, team, and meet pages check website, map, email, and phone links before showing them.
- Keep usage reporting limited: Google Analytics counts visits and general feature use. Advertising and personalized tracking are off. The web app does not send saved settings, favorite pools or teams, contact details, your location, text you enter, or outside links you open.
- Share pool information easily: Home now offers text message, email, and Facebook links for sharing pool and CNSL schedules.
- Find current information more easily: Search results and shared links now make pool, team, meet, and volunteer pages easier to tell apart.
- Use one official home address: Links, previews, installation details, and visit counts now use pools.longreachmarlins.org.
- Team Load team logos faster: Team logos now use one clear image sized for the screen, which reduces downloading.
